Who we are

aeropick is a brand operated by W&T, a company registered in France under SIRET 10029524500011. We design and produce objects at the intersection of music and architecture.

What data we collect and why

When you register your interest or fill in a contact form, we collect:

  • First name, last name, email address
  • Your product and finish preferences (optional)
  • Your professional information (optional, for professional enquiries)

This data is collected solely to respond to your request, keep you informed about aeropick product launches and upcoming editions, and manage our relationship with you.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Legal basis for processing

Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@aeropick.com.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of your last interaction with us. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

Who has access to your data

Your data is processed internally by the aeropick team. It may be shared with the following third-party service providers, solely for the purpose of operating our communications:

  • Klaviyo, email marketing platform (United States). Klaviyo processes personal data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.
  • Shopify, e-commerce platform and website infrastructure (Canada). Shopify processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements.

We do not share your data with any other third party, advertiser, or data broker.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing
  • Request portability of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
