Shipping & Delivery Policy
1 Purpose
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Aeropick prepares, ships and delivers customer orders.
It forms part of the Aeropick Terms & Conditions.
2 Shipping Destinations
Aeropick currently ships to the countries listed on Aeropick.com.
Available destinations may change over time as Aeropick expands into new markets.
Orders can only be delivered to destinations available at the time the order is placed.
3 Production Before Shipment
Aeropick products are produced following the close of each edition.
Production begins only after the relevant edition has closed.
Each product is handcrafted in Italy before undergoing quality inspection, packaging and preparation for shipment.
Because every product is manufactured after an edition closes, delivery requires additional production time compared with products held in stock.
4 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant product pages and confirmed after an order is placed.
These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Should production or transport be delayed by circumstances beyond Aeropick's reasonable control, customers will be kept informed throughout the process.
5 Shipping Process
Once production and final quality inspection have been completed, orders are prepared for dispatch.
Orders are shipped from Italy through Aeropick's logistics partner.
Customers receive a shipping confirmation by email once their order has been dispatched.
Where available, shipment tracking is included in the shipping confirmation.
6 Duties, Taxes & Customs
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, Aeropick ships orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
Where applicable, duties, import taxes and customs charges are calculated during checkout and included in the total amount payable before the order is confirmed.
Customers should not normally be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or customs charges upon delivery.
If local regulations require additional information to complete customs clearance, Aeropick may contact the customer before delivery.
7 Delivery
Delivery is completed when the shipment is delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is complete and accurate.
Aeropick cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
8 Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the product or packaging appears damaged during transport, Aeropick should be contacted as soon as possible and, where reasonably possible, within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should retain all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
To assist with the assessment, Aeropick may request:
- Photographs of the packaging.
- Photographs of the product.
- A short video showing the damage.
9 Delivery Delays
Although Aeropick makes every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Customs inspections.
- Severe weather.
- Carrier disruption.
- Industrial action.
- Force majeure events.
Where a significant delay occurs, Aeropick will keep customers informed and provide an updated delivery estimate whenever reasonably possible.
10 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- Delivery is repeatedly refused.
- The customer fails to provide information reasonably required by the carrier to complete delivery.
the shipment may be returned to Aeropick.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from these circumstances may be payable by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11 Questions About Delivery
Customers with questions regarding the status of an order are encouraged to contact Aeropick.
Where reasonably possible, enquiries should include:
- Order number.
- Customer name.
- Email address used when placing the order.
Providing this information will help Aeropick respond more quickly.
12 Split Shipments
Aeropick normally aims to ship all products included in the same order together.
However, in certain circumstances, products may be shipped separately to improve delivery times or for operational reasons. For example, one product may become available before another.
If Aeropick initiates a split shipment, the customer will be informed in advance.
No additional shipping charges will apply to shipments split at Aeropick's initiative.
Where available, separate shipment confirmations and tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
13 Delivery Address Changes
Customers who need to change their delivery address after placing an order should contact Aeropick as soon as possible.
Aeropick will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes before the order has been dispatched.
Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, delivery address changes may no longer be possible or may be subject to additional charges imposed by the carrier.
If an address change results in additional shipping costs or customs requirements, Aeropick will inform the customer before proceeding.
