What is the difference between Groove and Echo?
Groove is the stage. It gives the instrument its place in the room.
Echo is the guitar stand. A companion object designed with the same philosophy and crafted to the same standard.
Each stands on its own. Together, they create a complete home for the instrument.
Can Groove be used without Echo?
Yes. Groove is complete on its own.
Echo is available separately.
Are Groove and Echo sold together?
No. Groove and Echo are sold separately.
Can Echo be purchased separately?
Yes.
Are aeropick products suitable for both electric and acoustic guitars?
Yes. Groove and Echo hold electric, acoustic and bass guitars.
Where are aeropick products made?
In Italy, by an atelier specialising in high-end furniture and object manufacturing.
Each piece is made in small numbers, by hand.
EDITIONS
What does “Edition” mean?
aeropick releases in editions, not year-round.
Each edition opens for a set period, then closes. Production begins after it closes.
Why doesn’t aeropick sell continuously?
Because nothing is made in advance.
Production begins only after an edition closes. Nothing is held in stock.
Why does aeropick use preorders?
Every piece is made after its edition closes.
Orders are what set production in motion.
How long does an edition remain available?
Each edition stays open for a limited period.
Opening and closing dates are announced in advance, on the site and by newsletter.
What happens if I miss an edition?
Once an edition closes, production begins and no further orders are taken.
aeropick releases roughly three editions a year. Register your interest to be notified when the next one opens.
ORDERING
Which countries do you ship to?
All European Union countries, and Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea.
Additional countries will be introduced progressively as aeropick grows.
Can I order from outside Europe?
Yes. See the list above.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders outside the European Union may carry local duties or import charges.
Where they apply, they are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. You should not normally be asked to pay anything further on delivery.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through our payment partners.
Your details are encrypted and never stored by aeropick.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

DELIVERY
When will my order be delivered?
Production begins when the edition closes.
Each edition is produced in small numbers, by hand. Delivery follows roughly 16 to 18 weeks after the edition closes.
You receive tracking once your order ships.
Why does production take 16 to 18 weeks?
Nothing is made in advance.
When an edition closes, every piece enters production in Italy. Finishing, curing, assembly, inspection and packaging each take their time.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders ship from Italy through our fulfilment partner.
You receive tracking by email when your order is dispatched.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. By email, as soon as your order ships.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photographs and short videos of the product, the packaging and the damage. We will review your claim and find the right solution.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Unused products may be returned under our Returns Policy.

Before returning your order, you must contact aeropick. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Timing then depends on your payment provider.
CARE & WARRANTY
How should I care for my aeropick product?
Clean it with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, moisture and direct sunlight.
What warranty does aeropick provide?
Every Aeropick product is covered by the legal guarantees applicable under consumer law.
 If your product has a manufacturing defect or conformity issue, contact us and we will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Can replacement parts be ordered?
Where possible, yes.
Contact us with the part you need and we will advise on availability and the most appropriate solution.
COMPANY
Why was aeropick created?
An instrument is never only an instrument. It carries memory, emotion and identity.
Yet when it is not being played, it is often left without a place. aeropick creates that place.
Will aeropick create products for other instruments?
For now, Groove and Echo are made for the guitar.
Other instruments may follow. The same approach would guide them.
